Lap Swim (all grades)*
This total body workout will aim to improve your comfort, efficiency and speed in the pool. You will be led through specific workouts each class that will challenge you and also take you to the next level of endurance in the water. Prerequisites for this class: You must be able to swim 400 yards in less than 10 minutes and know the basics of all four competitive strokes.
*All classes marked by * will be taught by San Mateo Athletic Club (SMAC) instructors. SMAC is the peninsula's premier athletic club and aquatics facility located on the campus of College of San Mateo.
