CourseGraphic California law requires that all food establishments have at least one certified food safety person on site. Passing the exam administered at the end of this workshop meets the California requirements for certification. New students and students who need re-certifying are welcome. 

Instructor, Laurie Green is a Cerfified ServSafe Food Manager Instructor and Certified Proctor.  The class fee includes the $20 downloadable study guide & quiz to prepare for the class and the $59 scan-tron exam sheet.  The study guide is a downloadable product and is non-refundable.   

Please study in advance. Bring  picture I.D. and a #2 pencil
