Intermediate/Advanced MS Word
Go beyond the basics and learn how to create and edit long documents, manuscripts and books; add headers, footers and page numbers; create a Table of Contents automatically; use Styles effectively, when and why to use Sections, and how to insert and place graphics in a document or newsletter. Word is a rich complex word processing and desktop publishing application. This hands-on class will help you work effectively with more advanced and time-saving Word features and help you fulfill your writing and document production needs. Instructor Hilda Sendyk is an experienced Microsoft applications Learning & Development specialist. Prerequisite: an Introduction to MS Word class or experience using MS Word.
Note: Computer Lab using PC.
