Learn How to Release Tension, Stress & Anxiety; Live in the Present
Together we will experience what it is like to be present minded to be able to enjoy this moment that we have now. In ?this class you will become aware of what situations activate you and what calms and relaxes you. In this workshop you will learn simple ways to regulate and release your nervous system. ?You will learn simple mindfulness tools to implement into your everyday life to help you cope with stress. You will also learn simple ways to activate your neurogenic tremor that will help you release deep rooted tension(or stuck energy) that was caused by physical or emotional stress or trauma. The benefits of this class will help you improve your sleep, reduce stress & anxiety, improve flexibility, increase resiliency, improve focus and concentration, and last but not least live in the present moment.
